My mother and father go here. Dr. Koop “secretary” that’s actually his wife is by far the rudest person ever! She does not believe in hippa and yelled at my mother across the waiting room for something that should have been talked about in private, she stated that “you get paid i deserve to get paid to”. Worse staffing ever when you find out that they are double charging you and your insurance.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but Dr. Koop went above and beyond for my family when we needed it most. We could all use more people like Dr. Koop in the medical field.
Dr Koop is everything you need in a physician. He’s well educated, well experienced, level headed, and honest! He truly cares for his patients and goes out of his way to make sure we are happy, as well as our families. You won’t regret seeing Dr Koop!
