I went in January and seen a different dr. in the orland office per recomendation of the office staff once i explained the problem. I was told there was a problem in my upper left eye lid and needed to see Dr, Lubeck. I had to wait till March. When i went to the appointment i waited over an hour to be brougt into a room, there was a man yelling at the staff because he was waiting too long. I got into a room, they never closed the door. My first appointment (along with my husband), except for the EXTREMELY long wait time. I was VERY impressed with Dr. Quinones' knowledge. He explained things in a clear manner and then gave a long-term plan for treatment, to stop and prevent further damage to the nerves in my eyes, along with the eye drops that were prescribed.
Outstanding Doctor I had cataract surgery DR Lubeck was friendly and my surgery was a huge success.
Dr. Jsin is a very caring doctor. He takes time with all of his patient. Super smart!

Wonderful ophthalmologist. Cares very much about his patients eye health. His eye exam is thorough and he is a thoughtful and focused doctor. He listens to his patients concerns and explains things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him.
