They make it very difficult to.get an appointment. They delay and set up obstacles. After waiting 15 minutes on hold for a receptionist, she will tell you that the doctor does not set appointments until reviewing a case file. Usually a doctor will set the appointment and then review the file prior to the appointment. Dr Cahill keeps you waiting while he decides whether to help you or not.
