James Ellis contracted to do a construction project on my home and then abandoned the project midway. A complaint has been filed against him with the Superior Court. Please review the California State Contractors Licensing Board website and review the complaint against him. They are recommending legal action against him. I would not recommend him for any job. A 6 month project and 3 years later, still not complete.
