The office staff who answers the phone are the some of the least helpful, most defensive, and argumentative people you will encounter. Not sure why they even answer the phone, because they clearly do not want to help anyone.

I just got seen by Dr Caro and all I could say is that more doctors need to learn from him. He’s a great listener, very empathetic and articulate in explaining what’s going on and what to expect. With his decades of experience he is still humble to take his time in answering my rudimentary questions.

If I could, I would give 0 stars for the office staff. Specifically the front desk receptionist who has absolutely no Customer Service skills and the office manager, Marisela, who has an immense lack of empathy for patients or family care takers. My father had an appointment on 5/10 at 5:15pm. He arrived no later than 15 minutes late and was not seen.
