They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Seemed like he was in a big hurry. Had to tell my issue twice, first to student, then to him, while the whole time he is looking at that computer.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
