I went to them back in 2006 for help with my taxes. I brought the previous year's tax return and asked for an estimate. They told me it would be $300. We went for it. I sent them all my information as it came in and then I was sent a bill for $1,200. I was totally confused. They told me they charged for every email or fax that was sent with tax information and it would be $1,200.
