I am very dissatisifed with the treatment from this facility. The dentist could have done a better job in providing initial treatment options for a badly infected tooth. Rather than an initial diagnosis of need for root canal, I received a deep filling which left me in agony for months on end. When I went back to the facility the two ladies behind the desk were engaged in negative gossip about a patient. This type of behavior in very unprofessional. Dr Hughes is extremely caring and will make sure that you don't experience any pain or discomfort. His office staff is wonderful. One refreshing area of his practice I appreciate is that he has vowed to always be on time for your appointment, and he schedules appropriately. I have never had to sit and wait for more than five minutes. The employee that handles the billing, Dianne, will do everything in her power to help expedite your insurance billing, which can get complicated when there is dual coverage!
