Outstanding first appointment! Dr. Ho explained the upcoming surgery in detail using both the X-ray and hip models to describe my problem and tell me exactly what the revision surgery and recovery would entail. He was factual and compassionate while making me feel confident in him and his performance as a surgeon. His kind bedside manner was an added plus. I am so happy and delighted to have him as my doctor!

His feedback went straight to the problem at hand, which gave me confidence and clarity about my care. I felt heard, valued, and well taken care of.
