This landlord does not know how to fix stuff at people's properties they rent to I know someone is living that one that's been without water off and on for several months that has to go to other people's houses to take showers if this is not resolved I will personally be calling the health department on you guys
Terrible, awful experience....I rented for several years before finally relocating after discovering the building I was renting from Hatfield was a dangerous structure. The insurance inspector even refused to reenter the building after climbing up a ladder and inspecting the leaking roof, which collapsed shortly after and luckily didn't kill someone!!! Would not even give this man a one star he let us live in a mold infested house for almost 2 years we were sick 24 seven going to the hospital going to our doctors didn’t figure out what it was until we got a mold test done on all of our bodies are five kids and us too And he was court ordered to fix the roof so the mold can get under control and they can fix everything but it is so infested he never did that he hires nothing but people who were on the verge of dying from drugs or desperate people just like he took advantage... read more
