Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
