My Experience with Allen Black was nothing short of spectacular! He was totally informed of the issues I was pursuing and articulated the information I was seeking. I wound up purchasing my extended warranty for my Lyriq from him and thrilled that I did! The service I received and price were nonpareil. Before you go elsewhere, give him a call. You'll be glad you did.

Traveling through the area and had a flat tire in Altoona on a 7 month old Cadillac. Called OnStar and was given a tow here, as it was the nearest Cadillac dealership. It was after hours, so I called the next morning to arrange to purchase a new tire and continue my trip. I was told that I should have taken my car to a tire shop. They also told me I should have purchased 20” wheels instead of 21”. This was irrelevant to getting me back on the road. I never leave reviews on how good or bad a place is but this is one time I must say I had to leave one. I bought a rare find from james black Cadillac and its actually my 3rd vehicle if its kind. 2013 Cadillac ext premium pick up truck ( very hard to find) in pristine condition as this one was. I was in the process of purchasing an Escalade through Allen Black, who explicitly told me the vehicle was mine because I was the first to inquire and instructed me to mail a deposit check. I sent the check that same day, trusting his word. A week later, Allen calls to inform me that he sold the car to someone else who hand-delivered a larger deposit—after he had already given me his word and committed the vehicle to me.
