Traveling through the area and had a flat tire in Altoona on a 7 month old Cadillac. Called OnStar and was given a tow here, as it was the nearest Cadillac dealership. It was after hours, so I called the next morning to arrange to purchase a new tire and continue my trip. I was told that I should have taken my car to a tire shop. I never leave reviews on how good or bad a place is but this is one time I must say I had to leave one. I bought a rare find from james black Cadillac and its actually my 3rd vehicle if its kind. 2013 Cadillac ext premium pick up truck ( very hard to find) in pristine condition as this one was. I was in the process of purchasing an Escalade through Allen Black, who explicitly told me the vehicle was mine because I was the first to inquire and instructed me to mail a deposit check. I sent the check that same day, trusting his word. A week later, Allen calls to inform me that he sold the car to someone else who hand-delivered a larger deposit—after he had already given me his word and committed the vehicle to me. Allen is the absolute best and goes above and beyond for his customers. He really keeps their needs as a priority. He goes out of his way to get them the correct information in a world where that is always changing. I would love to recommend him and this dealership. If you're looking at getting a new car I say give them a chance and Allen is your guy. -That EV girl
