I was in the process of purchasing an Escalade through Allen Black, who explicitly told me the vehicle was mine because I was the first to inquire and instructed me to mail a deposit check. I sent the check that same day, trusting his word. A week later, Allen calls to inform me that he sold the car to someone else who hand-delivered a larger deposit—after he had already given me his word and committed the vehicle to me. Allen is the absolute best and goes above and beyond for his customers. He really keeps their needs as a priority. He goes out of his way to get them the correct information in a world where that is always changing. I would love to recommend him and this dealership. If you're looking at getting a new car I say give them a chance and Allen is your guy. -That EV girl

Scheduled a service through the app to get an oil change, when my husband and I got there the man seem bothered with the fact that we even walked through the door. He rudely asked “can I help you with something?” When I explained that I had a service appointment, he told me that I was wrong and that I couldn’t schedule services through the app and that I need to be calling them directly each time.
