James really helped me through the mortgage process. He worked hard to get my rates lower several times and explained everything I wanted to know. I just really appreciate his patience and compassion with me when I was very stressed about everything.
James was very professional. He was very upfront with what our options were , given our unique position as business owners. He worked diligently with lenders and guided us at every step of the process. My wife and I were pleased with approvals but most importantly he negotiated a great rate. We will most definitely be using James again and would highly recommend him to anyone!
Can't say enough how professional this guy is. Saved me so much money when compared to any of the big banks, educated me throughout the entire process I would've been completley lost as a first time buyer without his expertise.
