James is a professional! He did the comps and told me what he thought I could get for my house (which was much higher than another real estate agent told me I could get.). Guess what? We got that price! The rest of the deal was awesome, too! I made out much better than I thought I would, and it’s all thanks to him. I highly recommend James!
