A Horrible place to live - DO NOT MOVE HERE ! ! ! My apartment floods about once a month due to upstairs plumbing they will not repair, and the mold makes it so hard to breathe. The Heat Pump on the roof is Noisy and Vibrates so bad, my bedroom window RATTLES and I can't sleep at night. Patio Door rattles just as bad. I now have to take tranquilizers to pass out at night due to the excessive NOISE and VIBRATIONS. Earlier this year they turned off the A/C and some units were 87-92 degrees.
