A Horrible place to live - DO NOT MOVE HERE ! ! ! My apartment floods about once a month due to upstairs plumbing they will not repair, and the mold makes it so hard to breathe. The Heat Pump on the roof is Noisy and Vibrates so bad, my bedroom window RATTLES and I can't sleep at night. Patio Door rattles just as bad. I now have to take tranquilizers to pass out at night due to the excessive NOISE and VIBRATIONS. Earlier this year they turned off the A/C and some units were 87-92 degrees. If i can do negative stars or either (poop emoji) i would. My 80th yr old grandmother has been living in this apartment since i was 5 yrs old. NEVER has she ever had a bug infestation problem , problems with front office management ... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She was moved due to "fixing" the building , to another apartment within the complex. We have since complained EVERY DAY since she moved in to the apartment manager specifically (Tina) about these issues and NOTHING has been done. When I first moved in there were some problems with my apartment: damage, faulty repairs, dirty cabinets... I notified the manager, but after 3 weeks the repairs were not done. I got mad and called Kevin M., the State Superintendent for SNVRHA and told him my problems. Literally the very next day he left his office and came out to see me and fix the problems - And he did.
