Set up an appt for a friend who really do much in terms of medical care and was a bit pessimistic in terms of the medical field from previous bad experiences. He met with Dr. Douglas-Steele... He was responsive, attentive and made my friend feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. Visited compass medical back in mid June with severe lower back pain and a numb foot. Was referred to a specialist for the month after and had an mri ordered. Mri was denied . Called primary care only to find out that my doctor was “semi retired “ and was only in a couple days a week. Fantastic ….while still in severe pain I had to wait until next week to finally get an mri approval through a peer to peer call with insurance and doctor .
