Awful – Deceiving. When I switched to this company I was told that their rate would always be average price minus 10 cents per gallon. John Holmes, the person I talked to, even encouraged me to check the "MA Department of Energy Resources" website for current pricing and expect to billed 10 cents less than that per gallon. Then came the bills in the mail after each delivery... they were 43~56 cents per gallon more than average every time!! Worst experience I have had with a company in this city – We have yet to have a hassle-free experience with them. They've charged us ridiculous fees (e.g. charging for a service call that had to happen because they switched our appointment and forgot to prime the tank when they came to fill) and are consistently rude when speaking on the phone. They consistently charge the top market rate as well. If you have them, SWITCH. If you don't, RUN.
