Arrogant, rude and not up to current clinical standards and practice. If looking for a pediatrician avoid this practice and more specifically this MD, it has declined dramatically over the years.
Capital Care Pediatrics Guilderland was my children’s pediatric office for 14 years and we managed to avoid Dr. Saperstone the whole time until recently. His behavior has always been erratic and off putting. He is loud and unpredictable which made my quiet children uncomfortable. Recently we saw him for a sick visit and it was the most unprofessional and patronizing experience of my life. Dr. Saperstone was my pediatrician from birth (1990) to age 18 as well as my brother from birth (1981). My brother was one of his first patients and because of his loving, personable, and patient nature, she took both of her children to see him over the span of approximately 15 years. My brother gave him a handful but he was wonderful with him and myself. He was exceptionally thorough and could always connect with me as an adolescent. He is the best doctor I could ever recommend!!!!
Dr Saperstone was my doctor as a child and now is my son he is great and wouldn't change to another doctor ever
