Horrible experience, took 3 months just to get a quote and he raised my dads insurance $1000 without letting him know and he didn’t get any tickets or anything for it to raise!
Everyone that's go's through this guy check your policy now!!!! They are raising policys over 1,000 and not letting the customer now about the price raise!!!!!!
Save the stress and go literally anywhere else.
I recommend Farm Bureau, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT! James does not know how to setup a farm policy. When he initially set up my policy I received cancelation notices, because he did not have it setup right. Over the years I learned from others that I was not covered for what he said I was. Now I have to call Farm Bureau direct because he does not know how to use the FB software.
