Great doctor but wait period to see him once there is always too long. Staff overbooks or perhaps they need another doctor. Always takes 1.5 hours minimum.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Palmer in the Monterey office for over 6 years regularly (every 4-8 weeks). He diagnosed me early for a rare eye condition and I’ve been seen by my any other eye drs for my eye condition, but he and his team have always been incredibly professional, on time and supportive. Myself and other Drs. highly recommend him!
Doctor is good but follow up appointments are terrible. 3 appointments so far 2 waited over an hour and today my husband got to his 310 appointment at 3 and it is 445 and he is still waiting. This is not a good practice to have.
