9/10/2018 - The Board found Dr. Caddell violated his 2011 Order by testing positive and admitted to using marijuana since his tolling lifted on his order.

IF YOU CAME IN AND SAID YOU JUST WANTED SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO ME ; HE WOULD SET HIS PAPERS DOWN AND REALLY LISTENED TO YOU. PERHAPS WHY APPOINTS MIGHT BE SLOWER AT TIMES. HE ALWAYS SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO. HAD A MOTORCYCLE WRECK IN ARKANSAS ONCE AND. WEII, LIFE HAPPENS. HIS IDEALISM TO MEDICINE AND HIS PATIENTS WERE UNSURPASSED, PERIOD.
