Well, I'm not a frequent flyer when it comes to medical situations, I've always been healthy, but when my shoulder started really bothering me, I made an appointment with Ortho New York. I was not disappointed. They offered to get me in to see a doctor THAT DAY, scheduled my MRI within a week, and the follow-up consult the next business day. Dr. Alfandre was personable and attentive, I felt like I was talking to a trusted friend. I strongly recommend Ortho New York for the work they do.

Called at 11:30 and was given a 1:30 appt. I'm sure this isn't customary . Assumed I had a shoulder(rotator cuff ) injury , but xrays proved otherwise( collarbone break ) . Dr. A was very encouraging , and explanatory in detail . I had no idea how I injured myself ( no auto accident , no serious fall that I could recall ) and I feel that Dr A didn't believe that I could have as severe an injury without a memorable event .I'm still at a loss !
