We closed on our home July 2018. The first year we had a lot of rain but still noticed there was never a day when the backyard was not extremely wet. We called them out to address the water issues as we encountered issues from the driveway (side of the house) as well as the backyard. We were told as long as the water was at least 6 feet away from the home they weren't liable. In April 2019 our basement flooded. They couldn't deny there wasn't an issue then.
