Great salon with very personal service I found Emily at James Craig through my sister -- she'd gotten a great cut and color, and highly recommended going to Emily. Emily does a wonderful job listening to what you want, and then over-delivering on results. Emily's by far the best person that I've found for great color -- for me that's something that looks good, but natural too. Donna Pricey salon, but worth it for not having to return to have things 'fixed'. Talented stylists and colorists, nice location, lovely salon, friendly staff.

The best! I also use Emily, who is excellent although because of this it is sometimes hard to get an appointment with her. I don't think its too tough though and I'll gladly wait. The salon is very clean and professional run through management so everything always runs very smoothly. The staff are polite and bring you water, you also get a great massage after your hair is washed (brief, neck and shoulders) which helps you relax a little. As good as they are... Its not all it cracked up to be I had a friend who worked here and refered me to a stylist who I thought was very sweet and would do what I wanted done. My hair turned out too short, too light (I had asked for a chocolate mohagany color and recieved something in the med auburn range) and to be honest very dry and frizzy. I have very thick curly hair and was pushed from one stylist to another trying to have it fixed over 3 different visits and was very dis pleased with their attitude towards their mess ... read more
