Pretty solid place Lived here for 3 years. You're getting an amazing deal when you live here, the amenities are great like the gym and the management is very easy going.

BLUF: Can do better elsewhere, but if needed, not the worst place I lived in one of these apartments for 3.5 years, from 2018 to 2021. While I can't speak to their current state, I wanted to give my honest review of my time living there. These apartments are small. They certainly are advertised as a studio, but there really is only enough room for a full-sized bed, a desk, and maybe a dresser or tv stand. Would not recommend Let’s just say you get what you pay for, bad management included. Could not stay at this place for more than 3 days since the apartment smells heavily of smoke, has roaches, and is in a bad neighborhood. Requested a lease termination and got it which management promised to return the first months rent included in the deposit, but after fighting with them about it for two months I’ve yet to receive anything so I wouldn’t expect them to return your deposit either. Pest Issue The apartments could be upgraded as far as the foundation is concern. There is a on going pest problem that has not gone away. A constant odor welcomes both old tenangs and new potential renters on the main floor.

The best! I have lived here over three years now and will never move. I’ve had little maintenance issues like any apt would have but the quick response to repair is excellent. I have always treated the staff with respect and in return they treat me with respect. They try their best to keep everything in shape and it’s not their fault when residents fail to assist. be prepared to be ripped off This property is now owned by a company that will try to rip you off by every chance. Rent has been increased by 30% to 40% percent recently, not only that, they hide various fees in the new lease, have you ever heard of sewage fees? how about maintenance fee for an apartment? The exact amount is never mentioned in the lease, so if you signed it, good luck! Terrible place, 44% increase in rent from year to year!! A host of issues : no hot water in the mornings (because too many users they sad, as if it should surprise anybody), the smell in the elevators is horrendous (also the elevators break down quite often), beware of mice ! the maintenance guy smells like alcohol, the extractor fan in the bathroom is useless, asbestos everywhere (they hide that fact until the second you have to sign the paperwork) and if that's not enough, how bout 44% increase in rent from year to year?

Cozy and convenient I just recently renewed my lease for this apartment. The location is perfect. The amenities are awesome as well. Living here relieves a lot of stress and day to day worries. There are such great perks residing here ???? everything is included, cable, electricity and heat and hot water. There is no need to leave!
