I was immediately greeted as I drove into the premises. Mr. Barrios was very patient and explained the differences between the different Cadillacs. I had a preconceived idea of what I wanted, but the sedans were too small. Never did I entertain the idea of an SUV. Well I realize this is the style for my needs.
The best auto shopping experience I have ever had in 65 years. Your dealer ship and Johnny made it a fun experience rather than adversarial as many auto negotiations are. We were treated with respect by all from the minute we got out of our truck. We were taken to a warm display area where we could inspect the our new truck in comfort.
