My purchase from Serra Chevrolet was due to their online sales. The price they offered was great by comparison. Being over 500 miles from the dealership, I called and spoke to James in truck sales. James worked with me on a trade in and we settled on trade in and final price within the hour of the start of our conversation. James was/is an excellent salesman. He provided extra photos of the truck at my request. I really appreciated the extra effort he gave. Overall my buying experience with Serra was great!
The classic dealership service center mark up, I was having issues with my ac after 3 hours they told me it would cost 3 grand to fix. They estimated $253 for 1.2lbs of freon,I bought the same amount at rural king for $14. Up front they tell you there is a $124 diagnostic fee, which somehow turns into $140 when you go to pay. I would not recommend unless you enjoy over paying and ridiculously long waiting periods
Ken was a great person to deal with i highly recommend him and will trade with him again.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the two salesman that I worked with, Josh and Logan, were very professional, responsive, and honest and kind throughout the entire process.
