Very efficient service. Dropped my truck off and only had to wait about 45 minutes for it to be done.
Made an appointment at 10:30. Showed up early to make sure I did t waste their time. Then they didn’t even look at the truck until 2pm. No timeline available or given just that they are going to look at it soon.
My service advisor was Drew. I ordered tires on their website and had an appointment for Saturday. Arrived at the dealership and they didn’t have my tires. Drew assured me they would have them Monday and that I could drop my truck off and they would provide me a loaner. I arrived Monday and just as they promised I got a loaner and the next day my truck was ready. Price was really good, service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone I know.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Never take your vehicle here for service!!! If you want more problems than you started with and no accountability then this is the place for you!
