I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Serra Chevrolet in Clarksville. In the last 60 days, I've spent over $2,000 in cash on repairs and maintenance because I wanted my truck serviced by a Chevrolet dealership. Unfortunately, the customer service has been unacceptable. The biggest issue is communication. You can drop your vehicle off for three days and not receive a single update unless you repeatedly call or stop by yourself.
