I took my 2018 Ford EcoSport Titanium for routine maintenance and a brake job. The cost to fix my brakes was significantly lower than was quoted. I AM SO GLAD they are located in downtown Louisville.
I’ve always been skeptical of dealerships due to past experiences, but this one has completely changed my perspective. They exceeded my expectations, even more than when I purchased from Carvana. The negotiation was hassle-free, and the truck was far cleaner than what I saw at Carvana or other dealerships. The sales team was amazing and even delivered the truck during the snowstorms! I’m never going anywhere else. They truly value their customers and are committed to building long-term relationships.
