I chose Chuck as my realtor to show a condo to me. He accommodated my schedule and convenience, and did not pressure me in any way to buy. When I expressed further interest in the condo, he suggested we go back for a second visit. He also recommended that we take something we could use to check that all the outlets worked. Chuck did an amazing job helping me find a new home. I moved to Columbia from out-of-state and not only did Chuck help me find the right home, but he also showed me all the highlights of the City and surrounding areas. He also made the process seamless. He helped coordinate everything involved, alleviating most of the burden away from me. I picked the right Realtor and the right City. Forever thankful!
