I test drove a dodge Durango told the sales person had a noise said she could not here it said would have someone look at if just new tired making noise. I was told that they had fixed the problem and bought the vehicle. I drove the vehicle home with the noise still there and said they it was not safe to drive and would fix it still have not the front rotators are all rusted and corroded and they told me needs a wheel bearing after I purchased it when the told it was fixed. I am a long time customer of this dealership and owner of 3 Dodge vehicles. 4 tires installed and balanced with 3 TPMS sensors was the service performed. ****************** tried charging me for a faulty TPMS sensor and installation cost, when it was actually a brand new faulty sensor they installed the day before. Very Bad place for service!I had my truck towed to there for motor issues. I was told, it needed a pressure valve rod and spring. I was charged $1600 + dollars. 2 months later, I now need a new motor. Damage in the exact location where the work was performed.

Horrible customer service. No integrity for their customers. Make you sit for hours waiting on approval and no follow-up whatsoever. Stay away.

No integrity here. Drove over three hours to buy a car that I had got pre approved for online and over the phone. Dealership told me it would be ready for me when I arrived. When I showed up the dealership was in the process of doing paperwork and working on financing for the vehicle that I was there to finish buying. They then told me that they were sure the young lady that was trying to buy it wasn’t going to be able to get financing. Ads are deceptive. They give you a MSRP price, apply dealer discounts and mfr rebates and give you a 'final' price but when you go to finance they start by using numbers that do not match the selling price as shown on their website resulting in less of a dealer discount as previously stated! DECEPTIVE! Stay away from this dealership!
