Traveling by motor coach from out of state. Our Jeep tow vehicle developed serious electronic issue over the weekend which had to be addressed before we could continue our trip. Called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Greg. Explained our situation and he had me come in immediately. I was in their service department by 8:30 and by 10:00 they had run diagnostics and determined what had to be replaced. They drove to Rockford to pick up the part and had it replaced by 3:00. Service department did an exceptional job on all 4 of my vehicles. From changing oil, rotating tires, inspections and letting me know what was going on with each vehicle, to chasing parts for my 97 pickup and still having it done by the end of the day! thank you very much!
