Avoid at all costs—he is completely useless; it was a terrible experience, very unprofessional, and unhelpful. I regret ever hiring James Chau. Not only did he do absolutely nothing in court—just sat there and collected his fee—but when he did ask questions about my case, it felt more like an attack than legal guidance. Instead of advocating for me, he made the process even more stressful. A complete waste of time and money. If you need a lawyer who actually works for you, look elsewhere.
