LAWSUIT WON I have won a lawsuit against James Charles whose real names is Jimmy Charalambous. He lives at 525 Seaside Way unit 1509, Long Beach Ca 90802. He also is the founder and creator of "Designer At Home". He took $244,517.37 from me and promised to remodel my house. He misappropriated my money. My case was heard in the Federal Court in Aug. 2012 .To this date he still refuses to pay on the judgment. I believe that he may be planning to go back to England with my money, as he is a British citizen.
Never use James Charles Same thing happened to us! Presented a drawboard with fabrics-wrote him $100,000 check then he supposedly got sick and never heard back from him! Never use this designer!!!!!!!! He is a thief!
