The staff that I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. It was the guy who check you in act the service department and the cashier when you check out.
Two appointments, 50 miles apart, stressed. Trying to utilize my time while waiting on the groomer to finish with my puppy, throw in an oil change. Went in to the dealership to get my oil changed and the young man at the service desk turned a disastrous day into a very pleasant experience. I was so appreciative of all he did for me. I got home an hour before I was scheduled to have a test done at the hospital.
