Great customer service at the front desk! Your assistant was also very nice to talk to seemed very competent. I felt “seen” and listened to by you, Dr. Cassandra! You are going to be my new orthopedic doctor from now on!

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Cassandra. I met him year's ago when he was with Ohio Health. At one point I switched to OSU because of insurance and started seeing a couple different hand specialist there, and I was highly disappointed. I recently decided to check with my new insurance to see if Dr. Cassandra was in my network and low and behold he was. Now I'm back with Dr. Cassandra and I'm elated. I'll probably need surgery in the future, and can rest my mind that I'm in the best hands (no pun intended).
