Both of my parents have seen Dr. Carroll for 18 mths. He is great in-person, but his office staff is disorganized, often unresponsive, and one of his back-of-house nurses is so unempathetically rude it borders on abusive. Despite being kind and knowledgeable physicians, I think our overall experience speaks to this doctor group's inadequacy in managing their administrative (and specifically nursing) staff.
Love Dr. Carroll! He has such a sunny disposition and great bedside manner. He always takes the time to answer your questions and you never feel rushed. His intern Dr. Azeen Anjum is wonderful as well. She listens to all of my concerns and never hesitates to take action whenever there's a problem. The entire staff is top notch. I've been coming to this clinic off and on for years and would never consider going anywhere else.
