I find the staff assumptive. They think that you should know what to do or I have to ask lots of questions. When I went to put a paper away thinking it was my reciept that got laid in front of me, I got "No, I need that signed", When I waited 40 minutes for the Dr to arrive, could they have simply told me he was running behind or that the wait could be up to...minutes? This is not true with all the staff AND the DR's are why I come. They are wonderful, informative, comunicative. Thank You

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
