I have been a patient of Dr Wolff for over a year and he is a great Dr. However his office front desk person is very unprofessional and super rude. She doesn't cars about great customer service. She disrespect patients and she just ignores pts when she is being questioned.
As a prior patient, I called to ask if they take my new insurance. They do but lady at front desk is horribly unprofessional and rude. Clearly miserable. She talks to people like they are idiots and doesn’t have basic interpersonal skills. Not the kind of doctor I want to go to if this is how they treat patients. Trash.
Dr is great however his front desk lady is very rude and doesn't bring a positive vibe.
Dr.wolff is the best
