They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very informed after my visit. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Occasionally they will have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, from time to time they will have some sort of discount. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. They were easy to reach in an emergency.
