Cardiology floor was nasty, Unclean. it took them 23 days to do my triple open heart bypass in March of 2023. Here I am over 2 years later dealing with their messed-up bypass. I have had 3 dangerous and difficult stints installed that would have been unnecessary if uscf would have done the procedure correctly. Now just waiting to get one more very difficult stint installed at the U of U in Utah.

Can not help patients who do not fit into the “typical” MS category I.e CIS(clinically isolated syndrome). Waste of time + money.

I am a Benefit Advocate for an insurance company and my member and I called in to conference with a doctor to make sure that a drug her son had to take for allergic reactions was okay for him to take the generic version. What a waste of time. We called at 11:45am, waited and waited and waited for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. God awful clinic. Admin and Coordinators on staff are rude and uncaring. They're untruthful about referrals and appointments. I think they would never take your medical needs seriously. Really surprising since it's UCSF. This clinic is does nothing good for UCSF's reputation.

Terrible admin and coordinators. Rude and uncaring front of the office staff. Called twice and was told lies about my referral. Probably will not take your medical needs seriously.

I made an appointment in May for June 8, and confirmed the appointment twice, most recently this morning. I Just had a call asking me to reschedule because the doctor has something else to do that day. they clearly don't know what is going on in their own office if one person confirms an appointment then 20 minutes later someone else calls to reschedule. That is the peak of unprofessional. I suggest you find a doctor that actually cares about their patients, and has people working for them that know what they are doing.

I've been blamed over & over & over for being angry when they treat me w the same disrespect, negligence, shoddy work & huge ego many others here have included in their reviews. If U try to get them to do their job responsibly, they get back at U w retaliatory authoritarian stuff like threatening to refuse U further treatment at their medical practice. My doctor sent me to the ER to check for blood clots. I have an autoimmune disease which I didn’t know at the time. When telling this man how I felt, he totally dismissed me. He didn’t acknowledge that I was in pain at all. When I asked him if he checked for blood clots, he had not. That was the only reason I came in, so he wasted my money. A doctor should value the patients input. Instead, he acted like I was insane. I suffered in massive pain without medicine longer because of him.
