The 1 star is for the incredibly poor customer service and negligence on the part of Dr. Griffith’s office manager, Karen. As you will read in prior reviews, Karen has a longstanding problem with not taking care of insurance filings and not answering or returning phone calls, going back for years. However, I have personally observed that her obvious lack of caring about fulfilling her obligations toward patients has significantly worsened since she began having a romantic relationship with Dr. Griffith.
