The "service call" was Mr Draper showing up at my house. He charged my outside unit with a small amount of freon. He then spent literally 30 seconds in my basement, didn't check the unit or anything. I was then handed a bill for over $200, and was expected to make payment immediately. Safe to say what he "did", didn't fix my issue of my house not cooling off. Called him 3 times over the next 5 days, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I've never been treated this way by a contractor. UPDATE: Had 1 hour heating out to look at my syst... read more
