I am devastated that I sent a $150 flower arrangement for a dear friend’s funeral yesterday . Florist confirmed delivery to funeral home but flowers never made it to the service . Where did my flowers go and feel I am owed a reimbursement . Also streaming of service was terrible . Missed most of it as it was offline. So sad .

This is the most unprofessional funeral home I have recording of them refusing to tell me about my cousin funeral then they have these ghetto workers in there that keep hanging up the phone in yo face it’s DISGUSTING THEY MAD CAUSE THEY PUT TO MUCH FLUID IN MY COUSIN BODY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ and we couldn’t see her DO NOT CONTACT THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE FLUID OZZING OUT OF YOUR LOVED ONE
