So many amazing things I can say about James but not enough time. I was renting for a long time, 8 years, and when it was close to my lease being up James just told me to give it a try, you know buying a home, as if it was easy. To my surprise it was easy!! Society has everyone thinking you have to certain things to qualify for a home loan. There aren’t enough good things to say about James! He was such a pleasure to work with as we were looking for the perfect house to move into. He brought great energy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, and delivered all updates and required information in a timely fashion.
