Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
