I love the facility and staff,very friendly and knowledgeable I got to see the Dr in person and left feeling confident in our plans for my health.
The team made me very welcome on arrival; in fact they could not have made me more at ease with a fantastic bedside manner and excellent communication about the procedure. Dr Burgess explained everything again before the procedure. The procedure was very quick and recovery was fast. Discharge info was very clear. This is the second time in seven years i have visited and they always take good care of you.
Staff very nice respectful, compassionate. Loving sweet care. Thank You!
The office visit was okay. I waited a long time. I sent a message on my portal several days ago (about a week ago) and have not heard back from my questions and concerns. I’m not happy with that.
