I appreciate the convenience of my first visit via a telehealth call. Dr Burgess was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to expect with a colonoscopy. I believe I’ll be in good hands.
From when yo walked in the door to say hello and sign in I was greeted and helped immediately. Paperwork insurance business . Called back for weight and then to exam room. What a waste of time and effort dealing with this medical practice. I invested time setting up an appointment and I even took time off from work for the appointment. .Out of nowhere, they call to cancel last minute because I visited another Gastro recently. I wasn't happy with the other Gastro service so I was looking for another option which I firmly believe I should be entitled to choose a Care Provider of my choice since I'm paying for such services.
