Served as a Guardian Ad Litem in our case. Jim helped my ex husband, who has a history of domestic violence and child abuse, obtain full custody of my two children. Jim made errors in his filings with the court and did nothing when personally faced with my child exhibiting a blatant sign of sexual abuse in front of him during the first time my children met him, according to Jim.
Jim and his staff are wonderful, attentive and thorough. He helped me settle my case amicably without a need for court and further expenses.
Jim is the best around! Being a father in Nebraska who is fighting for custody of a child can be tough, but with Jim in your corner rest assured you have a fighting chance. I was a tough client and put a lot of pressure on him to get things done for me and needy with updates and he took care of everything for us. My son is almost 16 now and has been with me since he was 4 thanks to this man./
