I want to share my great appreciation for JAMES BROWN Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC!! I woke up to no heat on the first “snow” storm of the year. In just a couple hours had everything back and running! Jim came out and diagnosed the issue and replaced a part in no time. Scott and his team are absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend James Brown Heating & Air enough. I live in a 180+ year old row home in the borough of West Chester, and for 15 years I dealt with miserable summers and uneven winters. My old boiler and radiator setup was inefficient, expensive, and created major temperature swings from room to room. The entire team at James Brown Plumbing is amazing. Scott set me at ease after hours when I experienced an unexpected major leak. He was able to get his all-star team out right away, led by Phil Duffy. The team kept my belongings and my best interests as their top priority during the repair. They kept me informed and ensured all of the repairs were completed right the first time. I highly recommend Scott and his team.
