I can’t say enough good things about James Brown Plumbing. They installed my water heater back in 2014, and it is still functioning perfectly today—which really speaks to the quality of their workmanship. Yesterday evening, I discovered a hot water copper pipe leak caused by a pinhole at a joint. I called them first thing this morning, and even though they were very short-staffed, they still made time to come out to my house the same afternoon. Furnace pump needed to be replaced as a winter storm was arriving. Scott had the pump in stock and was able to install immediately! Thank you for the quick response and the no nonsense install.

Scott and Kyle were impeccable! I cannot express my gratitude enough for their help in an emergency situation in the worst of weather conditions when three other companies failed us; the third company telling us we needed a new heater without even determining why the heater was shutting off. It ended up we had a major leak in the heater pipes in the crawl space that was leaking down the wall. The upstairs zone of our hot water heat system stopped working during cold weather.. Scott came out promptly and was able to provide a temporary solution on short notice. Its rare to find a small business dedicated to providing this level of service. BillK
