Danny James was a tremendous help to me in deciding what bike I needed to fit my 54 year old intentions of getting back into cycling. I stayed true to my love of my old (1991) model Specialized Rockhopper, going with the new Specialized Pitch. He made the adjustments to the frame and saddle I needed right in the shop. I found the price competitive, the service outstanding, and the product unparalleled. I will be a repeat customer, no doubt.

We were vacationing at Chewacla State Park to ride trails and had two bikes having multiple problems. They were fantastic at fixing our bikes and getting us back on the trails!!!
Wow! This store is amazing! I was having some issues with my trek Fuel 27.5+ bike, when I first started talking with Raleigh, he asked me my concerns and then told me what he would be doing to address these concerns. I was not happy with the bike at all prior to this experience. Raleigh was top notch in dealing with my concerns, calling me and telling me what it needed and how long it would take. The guys and gals there were beyond helpful. I rented the new Kona 27.5+ to test out before we purchased one. Both shops are friendly and patient. Lots of merchandise and variety. Would highly recommend friends and family to shop here.
Big props to Tim for the on the spot warranty call to replace a SRAM part. Instead of taking my biking for a few days, Tim handled the claim and kept me riding for the week which is much appreciated!
