Leaving Kingston yesterday to return to Belleville when the rain started - it was an epic rainfall .....heading to the 401 when the drivers side wiper decided it had had enough and stopped ! We pulled over to search for a Nissan dealer and spoke to James Braden Nissan staff. They advised us to get to the dealership and "the door will be open - just drive in so you won't get wet." Purchased vehicle from James Braden Nissan. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Clean well maintained dealership.
Very disappointing experience. I booked a test drive but never received any follow-up. When I finally went to the dealership, I was told the car had already been sold. Strangely, the next day the same car was still listed on their website, but at a higher price. When I asked, the manager said they raised the price because it was “below market,” yet continued to show it as available until now. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Terrible service and very poor customer experience. Do not use the service here.
