I have been a loyal customer to Nissan, on fourth Nissan vehicle. And daughter bought a Nissan from James Braden Nissan on my recommendation. And bought lots of parts and service done from Braden Nissan. Mr. Burgess was great. Service department customer service was horrible. Even got trailer hitch ball stolen from there lot. Called many times no response to issue.
What a wonderful experience! Dealing with everyone at Braden’s was amazing! Barry Richmond is a great salesman who emotes kindness and caring. He has an outstanding personality and went above and beyond to put our deal together. We are extremely happy to be back with another Nissan.
