Recently purchased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair. Joel was fantastic to work with!! Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! He showed me all the features before I took home the car and made sure all my questions were answered. The rest of the Lincoln team was also awesome and friendly. Sales department is great I worked with Greg and he was amazing but the service department is horrible! They had stored my winter tires I had appointment for 1pm at 4 pm I was notified that the winter tires they had stored and labeled with my name did not fit my vehicle. 2 days later I was notified they found my winters at an off site storage, they offered to pick up my vehicle from work and have tires changed.
